The emphasis at the Ballet Centre is on small classes, individual attention, and on giving children the fun and joy of learning to dance.
Classes offered include Pre-ballet for ages 3-5,
Classical Ballet and pointe, Jazz, Hip-hop jazz, Tap, Tumbling, Pom and Cheer, and Broadway Theatre Dance.

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR -
MARILYN BOSTIC

Marilyn Bostic was a leading soloist with the University of Texas Ballet. She received a degree in dance education from the University. She has studied ballet with professional
dancers from the Berlin Opera, American Ballet Theatre, San Francisco Ballet, and in Phoenix, has performed with the ASU Lyric Opera Theatre and with Ballet Arizona's "Nutcracker Ballet". She has been teaching Ballet in
Tempe for the last 25 years.

Marilyn Bostic - former leading soloist with Ballet El Paso, and the University of Texas Ballet Company.
Alan Baker - former soloist with the Royal Ballet of England and with the New York City Ballet. Professor of television, and radio production at Arizona State University.
Dr. Leona Aiken - former soloist with the Richmand, Virgina Ballet .
Lani Shiota - former San Francisco professional dancer with a specialty in Musical Theater and Broadway Dance.
Sandy Deneui - The head of the Dance Department at Mesa Community College.
Tricia McKallor - specialist in tap and hip hop jazz, and former national competition winner in jazz, hip-hop, and ballet.
Shelly Minder - former Phoenix Suns Cheerleader, and specialist in hip hop jazz.
Mary Wall - Graduate of St. Edwards University in Theatre and Drama, and former professional broadway dancer.
Assistant Instructors:
 Elizabeth Pease ,  Marie Belfiglio ,  Laura Christian ,  Christina Lyman ,  Alison Sheffield,  Liz Polen ,  Erica Petroff , and  Ali Rund
Trained in professional teaching techniques by Mr. Alan Baker

Fall Semester - August 4 to January 20 (5.5 months)
Spring Semester - January 21 to June 30 (5.5 months)
